Health Card details are shown only after your mobile number is verified on this device. Ask for a name or contact correction from the Contact page. For a queue token that belongs to a clinic, the clinic desk can correct the visit in its own console. Do not include another person’s medical details in the message.
What we will not change on request
We will not add a degree, a registration number, a hospital affiliation, a rating, or a testimonial that we do not hold. We will not remove a fact solely because it is unflattering if it is accurate. Emergency numbers 108 and 102 stay on the site.
