About Bharat Swasthya Setu
Bharat Swasthya Setu (“BSS”) is a healthcare coordination platform for patients, clinics, labs, pharmacies, and related partners. BSS helps people discover care options and book clinic visits. BSS is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider and does not itself diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
Using the platform
- Provide accurate information when requesting help, booking tokens/appointments, or creating a Health Card.
- Use OTP and account access only for yourself or someone you are authorised to assist.
- Treat partner listings, prices, and availability as informational — confirm directly with the provider when needed.

Partner services
Verified partners remain responsible for their own clinical care, pricing, licences, and service quality. BSS facilitates discovery and coordination but does not guarantee outcomes of partner care.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent requests, or abuse OTP/booking systems. We may suspend access that harms patients, partners, or platform integrity.
