- Care requests — the type of help you need, preferred area, and related notes you submit through Get Help or partner connect flows.
- Clinic booking data — appointment or token details, OTP verification status, and visit status updates for Clinic Operations Core (COC) partners.
- Technical data — basic device/browser information, language preference, and city selection needed to run the site securely.
How we use information
- Match care requests with verified doctors, clinics, labs, and pharmacies in your city.
- Operate clinic queues, appointments, and patient status pages.
- Send OTP codes, booking confirmations, and essential service messages.
- Respond to contact form and partner onboarding inquiries.
- Improve reliability, security, and city-level service quality.
Sharing
Lead and booking details are shared only with matched, verified partners who need them to help you. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety.
Security & retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Information is kept only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
Your choices
You may request access or correction of your Health Card profile details through the patient flows on this site, or contact us via the Contact page. For urgent medical emergencies, dial 108 or 102 — BSS is a coordination platform, not an emergency medical provider.
