Health guide

How to handle health information on this platform

You want to use booking and the Health Card without leaving medical details where other people can read them.

Treat the mobile number as the key

The Health Card opens only after the mobile number is verified with a one-time password on that device. Do not send the password to anyone. On a shared phone, use Sign out on the Health Card page when you are finished.

Do not put a phone number in a public web address and expect the page to stay private. This site no longer shows a Health Card from a phone number in the address bar.

What not to type into public forms

The contact form and partner form are for coordination. Do not write a full medical history, a report image, or someone else’s identity documents into those forms. Share clinical details only with the clinician who is treating the person.

  • Do not forward token or appointment links in a public group
  • Do not photograph another person’s report and upload it to a contact form
  • Ask the clinic before you share a family member’s number

Where the formal policy is

The Privacy Policy describes what the platform collects and who receives a care request. This guide is the practical version. If the two ever differ, the Privacy Policy is the statement of record, and you can ask for a correction from the Contact page.

Editorial date 2026-10-11. This page is coordination information for Darbhanga. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. In an emergency, dial 108.
